Once payment has been made, any cancellations between payment date and 20 days prior to the event, a 50% loss of payment will apply.
Any cancellations made within 20 days prior to the event, full payment is lost.
If any unforeseen circumstances may occur, Light It Up Neon Events is willing to reschedule your date, subject to availability.
Please note that our entire neon and event hire collection is NOT waterproof. If it begins to rain, please cover the hire items effectively.
By completing payment, the hiree agrees to be liable to any damages that may occur to the hired item(s) during the event period. The hiree also agrees to pay for all costs to replace the hire item(s) if damages may occur.
If the hired items box or transportation packaging is broken, there will be a fee for replacement. This is upwards of $50.
If the hired item(s) are not returned, legal action may be taken.
Once paid, this is a legally binding agreement.
